Tucked away in an ancient Ozark hollow,
on the edge of Huckleberry Forest,
I enjoy cool mornings with mist in the air.

My home is in the loft of Mr. Dobbins barn. 
We also share space with Devil Horse,
Duke and a stray cat.

When I am not painting or riding, I enjoy building black powder long guns.  An art form itself, this craft takes a lot of patience and research into dusty pages of history.  Some friends and I hold a weekly "shoot" to keep our eyes sharp. 
There is a lot of friendly competition!
